Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Cost: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our chlorine-resistant swimwear and aquatic gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Swimwear must have original hygiene liner intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ear Protection products
  • FINA Approved Goggles
  • Custom or personalized competition swimwear

How to Return an Item

  3. Wait for Approval – our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  4. Package your items securely in original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our El Paso facility (address provided upon approval)

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
