At Swim District, we understand that competitive swimmers and aquatic fitness enthusiasts need gear that performs as hard as they do. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Important Exceptions:
- Ear Protection and FINA Approved Goggles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized competition swimwear may be non-returnable
- Products must be in original condition with tags attached
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for Approval – our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Package Your Items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship Your Return to our El Paso facility (address provided upon approval)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Customers: Refunds may take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Special Considerations for Competition Swimwear
We take extra care with our competition swimwear and aqua fit gear:
- All swimwear must be returned with original hygiene liner intact
- Chlorine-resistant products will be inspected for chemical damage
- Custom team orders may have different return policies
