Fitness-Mad Neoprene Wrist & Ankle Weights

Fitness Mad’s range of neoprene wrist and ankle weights allow you to make your workout more intense so you can increase your muscle strength and endurance. They are easily attached via a metal D-ring and velcro strap and can be kept clean by wiping them with a damp cloth. These weights can be strapped in place before a walk, jog, run, sprint, aerobics class, bike ride, kickboxing session or treadmill session to add resistance and improve your muscle tone. Neoprene Wrist and Ankle Weights are breathable for comfort, and filled with iron sand.
